Domestic Abuse Family Support
If you are a parent or main carer and have experienced domestic abuse, chances are your children have too. Children and young people can be exposed to domestic abuse either directly or indirectly, they may not have actually seen the abuse but this doesn’t mean they haven’t heard it, sensed it or seen the aftermath.
We have established two key courses to empower parents to support their children after domestic abuse.
Our courses are gender specific, in line with parental consultation and wishes but we recognise that both male and females can be victim /survivors or perpetrators of domestic abuse.
If you need further support please contact The Bridges Partnership - 24 Hour Help 0800 328 0967.
